GIDDY UP!!!
We have a brand new, custom made 7'6" X 10' children's play/club house. The siding is LP Smart Side, painted and glazed....4 operating windows with screens, the window trim is the LP Smart Side siding painted and glazed as well. Self-closing door, commercial rubber roof, interior is fully painted-there is a look-out 'area' with telescope and a ladder with a swing out platform for a child to stand on and 'spy' on the world!! The decor/theme of the clubhouse is a bit of a country/western feel, with signs and decorations to bring the look together! Signs include 'No GrowD-Ups', 'Giddy Up', 'Howdy Pardner', an antique silverware wind chime (made by a local artist), door handle and cowboy hat hook appropriate to the look of the aged/glazed painting on the house. An antique trellis, hand-made tire 'horse', horse shoes, and a window box are just a few more amenities to create the whimsical western look! Delivery and set-up within 30 mile radius is $150.00, providing we are able to easily access the area the house is being placed. Delivery beyond 30 mile radius will be negotiable.....please contact us to get a quote!
